Denver, CO – BlueThread Services (BlueThread or BTS), a market-leading roofing and exterior services group, announced the integration of two of their partner companies to better position them to serve multi-family clients. Both Aspen Group and Gorman Roofing Services have strong positions in the multi-family market and this integration will allow BlueThread to offer services to multi-family and commercial clients as one integrated company.
Gorman Roofing is the largest provider of roofing services to multi-family markets in the western region, and this integration will allow the partnership to serve clients in more geographies with more services. Aspen Group will now operate as Gorman Exterior Services (GES), under the Gorman Roofing Services (GRS) umbrella. This includes the legacy Aspen businesses in Denver, CO and Phoenix, AZ along with their newest location in Austin, Texas.

BlueThread also announced that Mike Heitzman, Gorman’s President, has transitioned to a COO position for BlueThread and introduced Julian Oh as the new President at Gorman. In addition to leading Gorman’s existing business, he is also leading the integration of the two brands. Julian comes from the Modular Construction Industry where he served in a variety of roles. He is an experienced and growth-focused Executive with a background in business management and implementation of strategic sales initiatives. “We are excited about the growth-centric energy Julian is bringing to our company,” shares Brynne Smith.
